Discussion of Interfaith Peace Conference at Lake Junaluska
Thursdays 8, 15 and 22 March at 19h30-21h00
The Interfaith Peace Conference held in March at Lake Junaluska, North Carolina, will focus on the art of building bridges. Three keynote speakers, each representing one of the Abrahamic faiths, will share perspectives on how the Jewish, Islamic and Christian traditions can lead us toward peaceful attitudes and practices.
The ACP will organize its own discussions on Thursdays 8, 15 and 22 March 19h30-21h00. Participants will watch a video presentation by one of the conference keynote speakers, and Pastor Lewis Poag will lead a discussion around the presentation. This class is open to all who are interested, and no reservations are required. More information about the Interfaith Peace Conference and the keynote speakers is available here.
