AICEME

Association of International Churches in Europe and the Middle East

This invitation letter (pdf)
AICEME 2011 Brochure (pdf)

Dear Friends,

My wife, Kim, and I are still savoring the wonderful memories of this year’s Association of International Churches in Europe and the Middle East (AICEME) Pastor and Spouses’ Conference hosted by Emmanuel Church in Stockholm, Sweden. It was a wonderful time of worship, learning, fellowship with lots of fun relaxation and refreshment. We came away so thankful for the opportunity to meet new friends and share the joys and burdens of pastoral ministry in an international context.

If you’ve been a regular attendee at these conferences, have missed out for a while, or if you haven’t been to one of the AICEME conferences before, I invite you to put on your calendar next year’s spring conference, 9-16 May 2011, here in Paris, France! The American Church in Paris is looking forward to welcoming you for another inspiring conference!

The Rev. Dr. Mark Labberton, Lloyd John Ogilvie chair for preaching and director of the Lloyd John Ogilvie Institute for Preaching at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA, will be our guest speaker. There also will be time to worship, enjoy sharing table fellowship and fun together, as well as enjoy some free time to explore this amazing city with tours and on your own.

We are committed to putting together a conference that will be affordable, but also that will provide a quality experience so that you will be able to return to your “home” churches refreshed, inspired, and hopefully better equipped for international ministry. Please see the enclosed brochure for more information. We look forward to welcoming you to an outstanding conference in the heart of one of Europe’s greatest cities.

Grace and peace to you,

In Christ,
Scott
