Billy has previously served as Youth Worship Associate at La Cañada Presbyterian Church in La Cañada, California (2009-2011) and has most recently served as Director of Youth Ministry at Forest Hills Presbyterian Church (2013-2015) in Grand Rapids, Michigan where he has worked with students, adults, and worship ministries. He is currently an Inquirer for ordination in the Presbyterian Church (USA).
Billy enjoys writing and has written several pieces for Fuller’s website, Relevant, and was co-founder and editor of the faith and culture website, The Public Queue, for 3 years. In his free time you can usually find Billy at a concert, buried in a book, or at a local pub watching a soccer match and trying the latest craft beers. He is interested in theology, music, sports and will challenge anyone who thinks they can beat him at Settlers of Catan. Billy is looking forward to serving at the American Church in Paris with such a vibrant, passionate, and loving community.
