Who are participants of Bloom Where You’re Planted?
Participants are mainly people who have arrived in France within the last year or those who are planning to move to France, and who are looking for answers to common questions about living in France, including general logistics, culture, leisure, family, and education. At Bloom Where You’re Planted, there are also networking for friendships, jobs, volunteer opportunities, spiritual and political groups, and business connections.
May I choose the location of my logo on your website and other event webpages?
No, we assign them to ensure a good balance of services in any one page.
May I purchase two spaces?
Yes, you may do that on the registration form. Don't forget that your purchase here already includes 5 free tickets.
Are there any restrictions for what I display on my assigned page?
For now, we are assessing this on a case-by-case basis. But at minimum, you should have basic information about your organization or company and, if you choose, a video ad spot. You can link to where you like, but we will vet all links and content to be sure it is appropriate for the attendees, and the overall platform of the event.
What is the refund policy?
Generally speaking, no refunds are given. If you are unable to attend, please contact the organizers.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, it can be updated on Eventbrite, but no later than two weeks before the event.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
It is possible, but you will need to speak to the organizer at least two weeks before the event.
Does registering as a Sponsor or Exhibitor provide me with access to the Bloom program itself?
Yes, it does. Sponsors have up to five free tickets that give them (and the people of their choice) access to the Bloom program. Exhibitors also have up to five free tickets. Every attendee has to register to get access into the virtual space.
