Prayer Care Teams
"For where two or three are gathered in my name, there I am in the midst of them." --Matthew 18:20
Lay Care Givers
ACP Lay Care Givers is a group of church members who are willing, trained and commissioned by the congregation to engage in a ministry of care and support. We strive to show Christ's love in times of need through our prayers and listening presence and are available to ACP members as well as friends and families. We are available to pray with you after Sunday services, visit those in need and talk with you on the phone. Whether you're going through a loss, such an illness or death, or want to celebrate, as with the birth of a child or a wedding, we are here for you. We are Christ's hands on earth, and we are blessed to minister to you. For more information, please contact laycaregivers.
"Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence..." -- Hebrews 4:16a
Prayer Chain
Christ prayed and taught us to do so as well; the ACP Prayer Chain prays in His name. We lift up others, ask for help and glorify God. The chain is anonymous and open to anyone who wants prayer in Jesus' name. All requests are kept confidential. If you would like to join the chain or be lifted up, please contact prayer requests. We are honored to pray with and for you!
If you or anyone you know would like to be prayed for or would like a visit from a prayer-team member, or if you would like to join the prayer chain, please contact prayer requests.
